Nick Assef serves as the executive director of Lincoln Crowne & Company (LCC) - an independent boutique investment bank and strategic corporate advisory firm. With his experience as a specialist counsel for clients on domestic and cross-border corporate initiatives, Mr. Assef also serves as the analyst at the LLC. He has been involved in solving contentious corporate situations more so those concerning typical complex disputes between two joint ventures or shareholders. Being the founder of LLC, he participates in many development programs that involve the firm. In a program that aims to contribute money for people with multiple sclerosis, he has contributed $3065 though he seeks to raise $8000.
Mr. Assef is a mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, valuation, growth strategies, shareholder rights, and strategic due diligence expert and works across Australia and Southeast Asia. He has held roles within the Australia’s financial service players serving as a Solicitor of the High Court in 1992. He also served as a solicitor with Allen & Hemsley's Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Sydney.
Nick Assef holds post graduate degree in valuation from Harvard Business School, master of business administration degree in game theory and corporate finance. Also, he has a diploma in legal practice, holds Bachelor of Law Honors degree and a master of law degree in corporate takeover law from Bond University Law School.
